The OPEN SESAME project, funded by the European Union to support the training needs of the SESAME Light Source, offers a short term Fellowships programme for young researchers.
The Fellowships could take place at any of the OPEN SESAME European facilities (Soleil, CERN, ALBA, CNRS-Ipanema, Instruct, INFN, ELETTRA, DESY and CYI). They will start at early 2018 and will range between 4 to 12 weeks.
A minimum of 9 Fellowships will be funded, covering travel expenses (1.000€) and living allowances (700 € per week).
Applicants must be nationals of SESAME members (Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority and Turkey) and must be enrolled in a Master or PhD programme in a SESAME Member organization.
